Unlike open‑type or low‑protection motors that often suffer from moisture, salt spray corrosion, and short circuits in coastal shrimp farms, the fully sealed structure and anti‑corrosion coating allow these motors to operate reliably in high‑salinity, high‑humidity outdoor pond environments for tens of thousands of continuous hours.
The rotor and stator use optimized silicon steel lamination to reduce iron loss, improving overall efficiency for aerators and water circulation pumps. In field trials conducted at coastal aquaculture bases in Fujian and Guangdong, paddle wheel aerators equipped with this new motor showed significantly fewer failure incidents compared to conventional models. This localized design reduces dependence on imported anti‑corrosion motor components and helps lower procurement costs for downstream aerator manufacturers. As a result, more domestic breeding enterprises are choosing such high‑efficiency solutions for seawater applications.
